# How to preview your app on your phone

## Preview your app on your mobile device using a QR code or text message.

Previewing your app on a mobile device lets you test the experience before you publish. You can check the layout, content, and navigation in real time.

### **Required**

- Ensure your app has been saved in the builder before previewing

### **How to preview your app on your phone**

1. Log in, go to the **Builder**, and click **Preview on Mobile** under the emulator in the center of the screen.
2. Choose one of the following:

     1. **Scan the QR Code** with your phone’s camera to open the app in a mobile web browser.
     2. **Send a text message** by selecting your country code, entering your phone number, and clicking **Send.**

### **Pro tips**

- You must be signed into the app as a user to interact with features like chat or forms.
- The preview reflects the latest saved version—make sure to save changes in the builder before testing.
- Preview links are temporary and best used during active editing session
