App owners and store managers can manually apply punches to a user's digital punch card using the Punch Card plugin. To do this, you must log in with a user account that has been tagged with the correct reward approval tag (e.g., "admin" or "shop owner"). Once logged in, you can scan the user's QR code or enter their user ID to apply punches and manage reward history. --- ### **Requirements** - Availability of this feature depends on your account configuration. If you don’t see this option in your Control Panel, contact your account administrator. - You must be logged in with an account tagged with the reward approval tag. - The Punch Card plugin must be installed and configured. - The app users must be logged in to receive the stamp on their punchcard. --- ### **How to apply punches** 1. Log in to the app using an account with the reward approval tag (e.g., "admin" or "shop owner") 2. Go to the **Punch Card plugin** from the app 3. You will see the **merchant interface**, which includes - **History** of rewards and punches - A **scanner button** to scan user QR codes - A field to **enter user ID manually** 4. Choose one of the following - Click the **scanner button** and scan the user's QR code - Or, enter the user's ID in the **Enter User ID** field and click **Confirm** 5. The user's punch card will appear 6. Click the **plus (+) icon** to add punches 7. Click **Confirm** to apply the punches 8. The user’s updated stamp total will appear in the **History** section 9.
