The JotForm plugin lets you display forms created on the JotForm platform inside your app. This is ideal if you already use JotForm for data collection and want your users to complete forms without leaving the app. --- ### **Requirements** - Availability of this feature depends on your account configuration. If you don’t see this option in your Control Panel, contact your account administrator. - An active JotForm account with at least one published form. - The form’s **share link**: - Go to your **JotForm account** in a separate browser tab. - Hover over the form you want to use, click **More**, then **Publish Form.** - Copy the link provided under **Publish.** --- ### **How to use the JotForm plugin** 1. Log in, go to **Builder** in the left navigation 2. Click the **+** button to open the Plugin Marketplace 1. Search for **JotForm**, then click **Add Plugin** 2. Name your plugin (e.g., “Survey Form”) and click **Add** 3. Stay in the the **Content** tab 1. Paste the copied JotForm link into the URL field 2. Click **Validate** to confirm the form is working 3. Your form will now display inside the app 4. Click the **Security** tab 1. Turn on **Require Login** to restrict feature access to logged-in users 2. (Optional) Add tag-based restrictions and choose whether to match any or all tags 5. Click the **Tagging** tab 1. Enter a tag name to automatically apply to users when they open this feature 2. Click **Add Tag** 6. Click the **Purchase** tab 1. Check **Require Purchase** to enable 2. Choose your product type (e.g., Single Purchase or Subscription) 3. Upload an image, fill out purchase text, and success/failure messages 7. Click the **Analytics** tab to see feature performance 1. View data such as number of views, users, and devices over time --- ### **Pro tips** - All form operations (questions, submissions, processing) are managed directly by JotForm.
