When users submit a response, you can view results in real time and track engagement --- ### **Requirements** - Availability of this feature depends on your account configuration. If you don’t see this option in your Control Panel, contact your account administrator. --- ### **How to use the Polling plugin** 1. Log in, go to **Builder** in the left navigation 2. Click the **+** button to open the Plugin Marketplace - Search for polling, then click **Add Plugin** - Name your plugin (example: “User Feedback Poll”) and click **Add** 3. Stay in the **Content** tab - Enter a title for your poll - Set the start and end dates for when the poll should be active - Add your answer choices 1. Click **Add Choice** 2. Enter a choice name such as Yes, No, or Maybe 3. Add as many choices as you need - Configure poll behavior options 1. Turn on “Force users to sign in” if you want only logged-in users to answer 2. Turn on “Enable users to answer the poll” to allow voting 3. (Optional) Add tags under “Visible To” if you want the poll to appear only for specific tagged users - Click **Done** to save your poll - See results by clicking into the **pie chart icon** or **graph icon** 1. See total responses for each answer choice 2. View timestamps for individual submissions 4. Click the **Security** tab - Turn on **Require Login** to restrict feature access to logged-in users - (Optional) Add tag-based restrictions and choose whether to match any or all tags 5. Click the **Tagging** tab - Enter a tag name to automatically apply to users when they open this feature - Click **Add Tag** 6. Click the **Purchase** tab - Check **Require Purchase** to enable - Choose your product type such as Single Purchase or Subscription - Upload an image, fill out purchase text, and success/failure messages 7. Click the **Analytics** tab to see feature performance - View data such as number of views, users, and devices over time --- ### **Pro tips** 1. Polls with 2–5 choices get the highest response rates 2. Shorter time windows (1–3 days) drive more participation 3. To show different polls to different audiences, duplicate the plugin and use tag-based visibility 4.
